Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in original condition (unopened, unused, with all packaging and tags)
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Show no signs of wear or damage
- Be returned within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their exclusive nature, these items cannot be returned:
- Pre-ordered items (marked as “Pre-order”)
- Limited edition or numbered collectibles
- Items from our “Asia Premium Series” and “Exclusives” collections
- Opened figures from “Amazing Yamaguchi” or “DLX Scale Collectible Series” due to intricate packaging
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our collector-support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Inspection & Processing: Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of arrival.

Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval status:
- Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: May take 10-15 business days to appear in your account
For exchanges, replacement items ship via your original shipping method (or upgraded at our discretion) once return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
For collectors outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds are issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
