Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unopened, unused, with all original packaging and tags)
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the exclusive nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:
  • Pre-ordered items (marked as “Pre-order” in product description)
  • Limited edition or numbered collectibles
  • Items from our “Asia Premium Series” and “Exclusives” collections
  • Opened figures from the “Amazing Yamaguchi” or “DLX Scale Collectible Series” due to their intricate packaging

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our collector-support team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our facility at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days).
  6. Completion: For approved returns, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Bank Transfers: May take 10-15 business days to appear in your account.

For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped via your original shipping method (or upgraded at our discretion) once the return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For collectors outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
